i was one of the last to be taught old school on the drawing board ... with t-square, letraset type, wax, hot glue, blue line and exacto knife ... torturously setting type by hand and working in the dark ... that knowledge is priceless now ... still young enough to have jumped on the digital desktop in the late 80's ... the 80's were good for something ... i was fortunate...given the old methods and the new ever-changing digital tools... how easy it has become now ... anyone with a PC and some software can design your next print, marketing or web project ... or can they ...
